The Brew to Style Series is a set of 4 classes designed to teach people how to formulate recipes to styles. Each class covers a specific ingredient set and how to incorporate that ingredient properly into recipes. After attending all 4 classes attendees will be able to develop recipes from scratch that will match styles and taste good. This class covers Hops.
During the class you taste hops and compare flavor profiles of different hops. There are hands on exercises to build recipe hop additions compared to particular styles.
