Designed to fit either 5, 6 or 6.5 gallon carboys or any other similarly sized opening hole, the unit comes with an 15 in. stainless steel thermowell and a #6.5 stopper. Place a temperature probe from a temperature controller in the thermowell to accurately determine the temperature of your fermentation.
