Use this 2 micron stone with an oxygen source or and aeration system to provide your yeast with oxygen pre-fermentation. The 2 micron stone can also be used for carbonating as well. If you plan to use the stone to aerate wort with your fish tank style aerating pump you will need a deep water pump as these generate a higher pressure than a standard fish pump.
