The Stir-Plate 3000 is bigger and badder than the Stir-Plate 2000. With a 8 inch by 7 inch platform you can safely place a 5L flask on the stir plate and go. The 3000 is also designed to be able to stir flasks sizes as small as 500 mL. The Stir-Plate 3000 is the only stir plate you will ever need.
