This yeast is a high quality commercial grade vodka yeast. It can be used with a combination of sugars and/or grains. This yeast is capable of producing a 8 gallon 14% ABV wash and has nutrients built in to ensure a good fermentation.
Some options for your wash:
1. 100% Wheat Malt or 100% Wheat Malt Extract. This option must be properly mashed to convert the sugars.
2. 50% Sugar 50% Wheat Malt (or you can use 20% 6-Row and 80% Unmalted Wheat) This option works best if mashed but the AG will convert the starches.
3. 100% Sugar
- AG (amloglucosidase) converts the grain starches into fermentable sugars.
