These hops are whole leaf WET/FRESH hops that are being shipped to us within 24 hours of being harvested. They are perfect hops for making a Harvest/Wet/Fresh hop brew. Fresh hops are not dried and give a different flavor and aroma than typical dry hops. These hops are being sold in 1 lb. increments only. The typical usage for Wet hops is 5 ounces of Wet hops for each ounce of dried hops. The hops will ship from our location on the day they are received.

Due to different harvest times for each variety you MUST PLACE A SEPARATE ORDER FOR EACH VARIETY that you want to order IF YOUR ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED to you. PLEASE DO NOT COMBINE VARIETIES on an order if your order is shipped. Single orders for several varieties may be delayed. We want to deliver to home brewers the freshest possible product we can and encourage you to select an expedited shipping method, especially if the transit time to your location is greater than 2 days.
