Recipe Notes
Single Infusion mash @ 154F for 60 minutes. Add Half vanilla bean and whole cinnamon stick with 15 minutes left in the boil. Add the other vanilla bean half and whole cinnamon stick to secondary. Boil a whole cinnamon stick in a pint of water, chill then add to keg along with 2 ounces Apple Flavoring/Essence.
