Recipe Notes

Mash at 151-152 for 90 minutes. 60 or 90 minute boil. Your choice.

This is a place holder for a "new" recipe based on a partigyle I did with the same hop schedule and similar grain bill. I originally did it with a vial of WLP001 and a 2L starter, but it got stuck at 1.026 after 10 days, so I dropped in a packet of US05 and it got it down to 1.016.

Trying this exact recipe this weekend.
