Recipe Notes

Dough in mash tun at 152F with 14.85 quarts of water for 75 minutes.

Batch Spare with 175F Water, drain with mash tun valve halfway open.

Boil for 60 minutes, adding 1.5oz 3% AA Hallertauer at 60 minutes. Batch results in 5.5 Gallons.

Recommended to use a yeast starter made from 2.5 cups of Light DME to 1 quart of water to make a basic wort with a starting gravity of about 1.056.
