Recipe Notes
Mash malts in 14 quarts of water at 152 degrees. Collect 6 gallons of wort, add 0.5 gallons of water and boil for 90 minutes. Add hops at time as indicated. Use Irish Moss at 15 minutes. 3.33 AAU Cascade and 3.33 AAU of Saaz.
