Recipe Notes
Boil for 60 minutes, and add 1/2 of the LME at the beginning of the boil. Add Rice Syrup Solids and 1/2 of the LME with 20 minutes left in boil. Ferment at 50 degrees for 2-3 weeks and then lager for 6 weeks at 34-36F.
