Recipe Notes
Mash at 153° for 60 minutes. Mash out at 168° Sparge with 170° water until ~7 gallons is collected.
Ferment at 66°
NOTE: Beer Alchemy tells me that 1.15 oz of 5 AA Goldings will yield 25 IBUs. The brew builder must be using a different measure than Rager.
