Keep an eye on the clock as this one keeps you movin. Best double (imperial) IPA I've had by far. Similar to Arrogant Bastard but better.

Start the steeped grains in cold water and bring up to 160. Kill the burner, and steep for 10 minutes. Discard the grains.

Dry hop an oz of anthanum for a week, and then add second ounce a week later for all the hop goodness you can ask for.

By the way I do a full boil with 5 gallons, and adjust for OG after the boil.

You should be looking for 1.084 OG and 1.016-1.022 FG
