Recipe Notes
This isn't really a Dark American Lager. Instead, it is a Zoigl, which is a very rare dark version of a Kellerbier or Zwickelbier.
It's definitely a session beer and you should be able to drink several liters of it.
Mash at 152F.
Boil 60 minutes.
Ferment cool, but this does not need long lagering and should be drunk fresh with some yeast still suspended.
