Mash @ 154 degrees for one hour.
Primary fermentation temperature @ 52 degrees F, or somewhere between 50-55 for 12 to 14 days
Diacetyl rest - just raise the temperature to ale temp (67-70) to let the yeast re-absorb the buttery diacetyl flavors.
Lager in Secondary fermenter at 32 to 34 degrees for a month or 2.
