Recipe Notes
Steep grains in 5.0 gals of water for 60 minutes @ 155° F
Add water to boil kettle to make 6.0 gals.
Boil for 60 minutes
First hops @ 60 minutes
3 lbs of the extract @ 60 minutes
1 lb of the extract @ 45 minutes
1 lb of the extract @ 20 minutes
Second hops @ 15 minutes
Irish moss @ 15 minutes
Third hops @ 10 minutes
Fourth hops @ 5 minutes
Fifth hops @ 1 minutes
Add water to make 5.5 gals
Aerate wort in primary w/ O2 for 45-60 seconds
Dry hop for first 3 days in primary
Primary: 7 days
Secondary: 7 days
Bottle: add 4oz priming sugar
condition for 4 weeks
