Recipe Notes
Mash all grains except oats at 135 with .33 gal/lb ratio
Boil oats with 3 quarts of water for 10 minutes
Add to mash and mash for 1 hour
Batch Sparge
Boil for 1 hour
with 5 min to go add .5oz corriander, .15oz cumin, .1oz dried ginger, and the zest of 1 grapefruit and 1 tangerine
Primary for 10 days
Condition for 1 week
