Recipe Notes
Steep specialty malt and first-wort hops in 160°F water for 30 minutes, then remove the malt and hops and raise temperature to boiling. Once it is at boiling, add the malt extract and bittering hops and hold at boiling for 55 minutes. Add the aroma hops and treacle and boil for another 5 minutes. Cool the wort as quickly as feasible.
