90 Minute Boil
90 Minute Mash at 147 degrees
Corn sugar and Turbinado were added in the last 15 minutes of the boil.
The first Lb of candi sugar was added just past high krausen. The last .62 lbs of Candi sugar are added after the krausen begins to fall from the 1st addition.
Also be aware: beer finished at 1.007. this software can't take the mash temp and sugars into account regarding attenuation.
