Recipe Notes

FYI, the hops in the recipe are solely to make the Brew-Builder complete the recipe. I would not include them in the recipe, but won't hurt if you do.

Partial mash as usual.

After mash, bring wort to a simmer and add 16oz of diced fresh ginger (in a bag) to the simmering wort. Let simmer for 30 minutes.

After simmer, remove ginger, add LME and juice of 5 lemons.

Rack to primary fermenter. Top up to achieve 5 gallons. Cool and pitch yeast.
