Recipe Notes
This is a pretty simple partial mash blonde ale. I would like to do a SMASH version of this but will have to wait until I can do all grain. Use a mini mash tun or grain bag method (what I use). Mash the grain at 150 for an hour to hour and half. Sparge the grains and your extract. I do full boil but it can easily be adjusted to partial boil, just make sure to adjust your hops accordingly. Use a good clean ale yeast and ferment for two weeks at appropriate temp for your yeast. Bottle with 4-5oz. corn sugar. I like this style to be nice and fizzy. Let it sit a couple weeks and start drinking it.
