Recipe Notes
Mini-mash with 4 gallons of water and grain. Steep at 155F for 45 minutes. Add LME and bittering hops. Boil for 45 minutes and add Irish Moss. Boil 10 more minutes and add last hop addition. Cool wort to 70 and pitch yeast.
