Recipe Notes
mash at 151 @ 60 minutes
sparge w/ 170 to reach 8 gallons
add 2 or 3 cups cane sugar
90 minute boil to reach 6 gallons
5 gallons ferment in bucket
1 gallon in cider jug
after 1 week add cider jug to bucket
at 4 weeks fill 5 gallon keg and see
how many bottles you can fill with leftovers
