Recipe Notes

Single Infusion Mash @ 152 F for 60 minutes

Boil for 90 minutes

Cool quickly to 48 F

Pitch decanted yeast from one gallon starter, 2 packs, intermittently shaken

Aerate wort

Ferment @ 50 F

Diacetyl rest at 60 F for 2 days when 90 - 95% fermented

Lager at 33 F for a few months
