Recipe Notes
Mash at 149°F for 90 min.
Boil 90 min to reduce DMS.
Pitch yeast @ 64°F and let temperature rise slowly to 70°F over the course of 1week.
Carbonate to 3-4 volumes and allow to lager for 1month at 45°-50°F.
