Mash @ 146 for 90 minutes, 1 qt/lb ratio

Boil 120 minutes

With 30 minutes left in boil, add 2lbs orange blossom honey (should boost ABV up by approx 1%)

Primary fermentation 3 weeks @ 70

Secondary 4 weeks in keg in kegerator
