Recipe Notes
steep grains for 30 mins @ 160 F
add only 2 lbs of malt extract and hops to boil
add remaining malt at end (or close to) of the boil and stir in to water, and let sit for 30 mins at around 180 F.
Add sugar at end of boil to increase alcohol (no more then 3/4 lb)
