Recipe Notes

Used Falconers Flight instead of Chinook, but listed Chinook in this recipe because they have similar alpha acid %- produced IBU of ~36

next batch: Think I will reduce the IBUs to 32- bring out the flavor of the 2 yeast varieties, which is the key to this brew!

Brewing: ferment for 3 weeks, use swamp cooler keep feremt temp at 70 ish. Let sit in keg for 2 weeks, then drink. The two yeasts produce very different flavors and need time for flavors to mingle.
