Recipe Notes
Single infusion mash at 154. Mash out at 168.
Use 2 quarts of first runnings to reduce/carmelize on the stovetop while you collect the rest of the runnings. Add the reduced first runnings back into the boil kettle prior to the start of timed boil.
90 Minute boil for some malliard reactions, first timed hops at 60 mins.
