Mash at 153 for 60 minutes. Sparge to get boil volume. Ferment within the yeast strain's specifications- being careful not to exceed the high temperature tolerance.
This came about from a mistake- I was going for "Fat Tire" but the store was out of Munich malt, and the hops I needed. The resulting beer tasted like a cross between Sam Adams and Fat tire- hence the name "Fat Sam"
