Recipe Notes
Mash 1.5 quarts per pound @ 148 for 60 minutes. Sparge @ 170. Boil 60 minutes. Add 1 tsp Irish moss for last 5 minutes of boil.
Ferment mid 60s for 14 days with Safbrew T58 or similar liquid yeast. Add gelatin for last 3 days. Bottle at 2.7 volumes CO2.
This is an American/Belgian Pale Ale hybrid.
