Mash at 152 with 3 gallons of water for 60 min.
Sparge at 170 with 3.5 gallons.
Boil sixty min.
Add hops per schedule.
Chill to 55 degrees, pitch yeast.
Ferment at 55 for 7 days, then raise to 62-65 degrees for a d-rest for two days.
Lager for 5 weeks.
