Recipe Notes
Steep at 158 for 30 minutes. Boil for 60 minutes. Add 1/2 of the LME at the beginning of the boil and the remaining 1/2 of the LME with 20 minutes left in boil. Ferment at 50F for 2 weeks, and then lager for 4-6 weeks at 34-36F.
