Recipe Notes
Mash at 145 F for 60 minutes. Increase temp to 155 F for last 30 minutes. Pitch a 1 quart yeast starter and ferment @ 67 F for 7 days. Transfer to secondary and dry hop. Bottle after 1-2 weeks.
