Recipe Notes
Roast the flaked oats for 75 minutes at 325 degrees, turning them every 15 minutes. Mash all grains at 150 degrees for one hour, then sparge with 170 degree water. Bring to a boil, add 60 minute hops, then add remaining hops and whirlfloc at 15 minutes. Ferment with Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale.
