Recipe Notes
Steep grains for 30 minutes @ 160 degrees.
Add DME @ start of boil with 2 ounces of hops (45 minute boil)
Add LME (Amber) @ 20 minutes
Add LME (Dark) @ 10 minutes
Ferment @ 60 degrees for 2 -3 weeks and then rack to secondary on top of 8 ounces to 1 lb of pecans. Keep in secondary 1 week. Bottle condition 2 -3 weeks.
