Recipe Notes

This was a take on Sam Adams Sumer Lager, although its not a lager at all. It met rave reviews last summer, but originall was done as an extract brew. this is what I came up with in BeerSmith for the conversion, give or take.

Lemon zest is added at flame out : 1.14 oz-1.44 oz

Corriander should be crushed with rolling pin or meat mallet and placed in muslin bag to steep at flameout

Primary for 1-2 weeks then bottle condition for 2. This is all up to personal preferences
