Recipe Notes
Boil malt, boiling hops, and honey in 2-1/2 gallons water for 1 hour. In last 30 minutes add Irish moss. last 5 minutes add Fuggles. Mix with 3-1/2 gallons cold water in fermenter. Pitch yeast and ferment. Bottle and age about 6 months.
