Mash@ 153 degrees for 60 mins, sparge as usual, cool and ferment about 68 degrees add vanila beans after primary, rack @ 7 to 14 days, add bourbon @ bottling (1 to 1 3/4 cups) DONT OVER DO! Infuse boubon with oak chips before hand if desired.
