Also needed....60oz. canned pumpkin

Spread the pumpkin on a cookie sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F

Add baked pumpkin to mash and MAKE SURE to use rice hulls and expect a slow draining tun!!!

Mash at 158° F for 60 mins

Mash out at 168°F

Sparge with 178°F

Boil 60 mins

1 tsp irish moss (boil 15 min)

Spice schedule:

0.1 oz Ginger Root (Boil 12.0 min)

0.25 tsp Cloves, Crushed (Boil 5.0 min)

0.5 tsp Nutmeg (Boil 5.0 min)

1 tsp Allspice (Boil 5.0 min)

1 tsp Cinnamon (Ground) (Boil 5.0 min)
