Recipe Notes
Bring 3 gallons of water to 150F-160F degrees and steep grains at a relatively contstant temp for 20 minutes. Remove grains and bring water to a rolling boil. Once boiling add DME and 1 oz of Centennial Hop Pellets for bittering, stir vigorously. After 30 minutes of boiling add 1 oz of Cascade Hop Pellets for flavor and bittering. In the last 5 minutes of your 60 minute boil add 1 oz of Northern Brewers Hop Pellets for flavoring. After 60 minutes of boiling remove from heat and cool as quickly as possible. Once beer gets down to around 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit pitch your yeast.
