Just ordered, never made.
Read/ compiled a lot of recipes for Fat Tire. Looking forward to experiencing the Biscuit Malt!

I did not mash as efficiently as I'd hoped, but it turned out really good! My third batch, first partial mash, this was a compilation of recipes. Turned out very close to the target beer. Very pleased with the results. Prob less vanilla than Fat Tire, and less alcohol at 4.3 (yeah, I really didn't mash well). Great head, great taste profile.
Upon seeing the low OG, bottled 40 after 16 days, threw more sugar and some yeast into a secondary (experimenting). Had never heard of such a thing and don't expect much.
