Recipe Notes
For a 5 gallon batch. Scales very well to 10 gallon batches, too. Just double the grain and hops bills.
Mash at 154 for 60 min
Does not need secondary fermentation
Nottingham can be pitched dry directly into chilled wort
Ferment at 64F for 2 - 3 weeks.
Can be kegged, forced carbed and served immediately. Does not need additional conditioning after primary fermentation finishes. Also bottles well.
