Mash thin; you want to dry this out a bit. 1.5 qt/lb.
110-113F for 20 minutes to modify the oats, wheat and rye. (~1.25 qt/lb)
Raise to 149F alpha rest for 60 minutes.
Decoct to 170F for mashout.
Fly sparge with 180F water to collect ~7 gallons.
Boil quickly for 60 minutes. Use Irish Moss or Whirlfloc at 15 minutes. A rapid boil and chill are *vital* here because protein haze from the oats, wheat and rye are going to be a problem.
Ferment 7 days; rack to secondary and clear with gelatin. 21 days in secondary; prime with muntons tabs, 21 days in bottles.
