Recipe Notes
4 gallons of apple juice as a base.
Steep Crystal 60L and torrified wheat at 155F for 30 minutes in .75 gallons of water.
Sparge with .25 gallons of 170F water.
Add DME and bring to a boil.
Add hops and boil for 30 minutes.
Cool wort.
Mix wort and juice together into fermenter.
Pitch yeast.
Ferment for 2 weeks at 64F-68F.
Bottle or keg.
Let sit for at least 2-3 more weeks.
Gets better with age.
