Recipe Notes
mash base and specialty grains at 154F for 90 mins
Boil for 90 minutes following the hop additions as provided.
At 10 minutes add the following:
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
2oz sweet orange peel
Once wort is chilled and racked into primary fermenter, add 2 Tsp. of vanilla extract to the wort (this contains alcohol and does not need to be sterilized before use).
Then pitch yeast when wort is chilled below 78F.
