Mash at 147 for 1 hour with a 1.5qt/lb ratio.

Boil for 1 hour
Primary for 2 weeks
Secondary for 2 weeks and add 5lbs peeled, pitted, and pureed peaches.
Also cut 1lb of Ruharb into 1 inch peices and add in a pot with just enough water to cover. Simer for 45 min and strain through a strainer and cheese cloth. Add to secondary.
After two weeks of secondary keg and condition for 1 week
