Recipe Notes
Steep grains at 158 for 30 minutes. Boil for 60 minutes adding 1/2 of the LME at the beginning of the boil. Add 1/2 of the LME and rice sryup solids with 20 minutes remaining in boil. Ferment at 50F for 2 weeks and lager for 4-6 weeks at 34-36F.
