steep grains @160 for 20 min. bring to boilfor total boil time of 60 min. add dme, add hops

.5 oz. amarillo @60, 15, 5 and flame out. 1 week in primary, xfer to secondary.

Dry hop 1oz amarillo, 1 oz simcoe. for 2 weeks. enjoy! this is my house beer.
