Recipe Notes

Steep grain at 158F for 30 minutes. Boil for 60 minutes. Add 1/2 of the LME at the beginning of the boil. Add remaining LME with 20 minutes left in the boil. Ferment at 50F for 2 weeks, and lager at 34-36 for 4-6 weeks.
